It’s been a while since my last post, I can even imagine you remember right know what was it but anyway, it doesn’t matter at this point.

After having a lot of thing coming this last year I was really  busy  and the blog sadly became one of my last priorities for a while. As you can imagine, writing good content is really consuming and most if you are not a English native “so if you see spelling or grammar mistakes on my blog is normal”.

As you can see there is a new theme on the blog, but is just a really beta version, I just wanted to test it after having some problems with the WordPress upgrade last month, the lost some content (in this moment I’m scared about that) and the fact that I was working on it before letting on the side, but something I had to do.

Anyway, just don’t forget to stay in touch trough Twitter (follow me) and RSS. Because I have some other projects coming really soon.

Climate change is a  big problem for every one of us, living on a farm between mountains or in an apartment on the city, we all are affected for how the planet is changing every second, some are more responsible than others, some  are more aware about this problem than others or some doesn’t even care but the true is, that we all can do at least one little action  for the planet where we live, turning off the lights if you don’t need them, using public transport services instead of your car everyday, walking for short distances instead of taking the car, recycle, buying ecological electric products.

Just as examples I put together some videos related to climate change and our planet and how we waste the resources of it. So take a look and make part of the solution not the problem.

Go to the Blog Action Day and learn more about the idea behind, register your blog, twit this post and others  you find around the subject, talk about it, the idea is just spread this event all over your network and the 15th October write an article about climate change (this year topic) in the context of how it relates to your blog or your field, if you may think you have nothing related they even have some examples of what you could write about depending of the type of blog you have.

Don’t forget to follow their blog to be informed about it.

So get involved and help make the event as big as possible. We all have something to do.

Well, the idea behind this article/experiment is to remind you my dear fiend, that you have not subscribed to Blog.Exxcorpio yet, and you should! Either thanks to the next video or the big RSS icon on the sidebar or last but not less important (is the most important) with the oncoming changes and features for the website (at the end of the article).

The idea is encouraged you to become and RSS subscriber thanks to this options:

2. The Big RSS Icon

Ok this point is the easiest, now with the big icon here you can subscribe for free to Blog.Exxcorpio and get all the articles directly on your reader or if you want it on your email box, you can also subscribe by Email.

As well for the next week (depending how it works) I am having a big RSS icon on the sidebar where my first ad placement was, why? because I had nothing there yet and I thought maybe it could be more interesting if I use a more aggressive strategy to get more attention to the RSS subscription.

3. Oncoming News

As any blog  the work never ends and more if is just a new blog like mine, so every time I can, I try to make code improvements (the more difficult as I am not a master on php… yet), some design changes, writing better quality articles and even more awesome list for inspiration or tools for designer and bloggers and one of the most important some giveaways for all my readers and more things but tell you after.

I am working on some other test I will be running next weeks to see how things work or not, because I am a little new on this field of blogging and because on the blog world as well as the design world everything is about experimentation, so in this point If you can give me some feed back about the changes, it would be awesome as the idea is get better for you, the readers.
